Our dedicated drivers are delivering 5 days a week. Monday – Friday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exact delivery time slots. However, we can advise that we work through Postcode (Highest to lowest) and our drivers are delivering from 9am to 8pm.
We are open Mon – Fri from 6am to 5pm. Saturdays we are open from 8am to 5pm. Sundays we are open from 10am to 4pm.
Yes, place your order through our online shop, select a delivery date available, as we face uncertain times we will try our best to get it with you for that date. If you wish to pop into the store, our address is Butchers Fayre, Princess St, Wigan WN3 4HX.

Unfortunately we can’t accept refunds on perishable items, this includes cooked and raw meats, barm cakes, bread and any items considered consumable.
You may return non consumable goods up to 14 days after receipt of sale. These items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We only accept refunds if there has been a problem with the product not known at the time of sale.
