We accept all major credit and debit cards online for your payment towards your order.
In store we accept cash or card payments up on collection.
We will email you a confirmation once your order is completed alternatively just give us a call on 01942 493 762
We are open Mon – Fri from 6am to 5pm. Saturdays we are open from 6am to 5pm.
Please look out for our extended Christmas opening hours. You can find out when here.
Unfortunately we do not offer a delivery service at this time. Orders made online will need to picked up in store, at our address located at Butchers Fayre, Princess St, Wigan WN3 4HX.

Unfortunately we can’t accept refunds on perishable items, this included cooked and raw meats, barm cakes, bread and any items considered consumable.
You may return non consumable goods up to 14 days after receipt of sale. These items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We only accept refunds if there has been a problem with the product not known at the time of sale.
You may want to change your mind and cancel your order. Please allow more than 14 days before your collection date to do so.
To cancel or amend your order, please call us on 01942 493 762 and allow more than 14 days before your collection date. Your deposit may be forfeited if you fail to notify us of your cancellation. In most cases there may be something we can do to help.
